This product is implemented using industry standard ASP.NET and SQL Server. Running as a Windows service, TAPIT NOVA stores the call record information generated by your phone system in a SQL database, and lets you recall it in your choice of report formats, providing you with vital information to better manage your business.

TAPIT NOVA is also offered as a turnkey, hardware and software solution.

* MS .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (for XP Pro / 2003)
* Windows PowerShell 1.0 (for XP Pro / 2003)
* IIS( IIS 7 and higher requires IIS 6 compatibility enabled)
* SQL Server Express (installed automatically from TAPIT NOVA DVD)
* Your SMTP server configuration information MUST be available BEFORE you proceed with installation of Tapit NOVA
