I needed to replace the handset on my Avaya phone. Places like Walmart don't carry replacement parts for Avaya- at least not that I could find! I'm so glad this website exisits because I really need this! I didn't really need to replace the cord it came with, but I decided to go ahead and use it because the old cord had been twisted so many times it was annoying- so it's a nice feature the handset came with a new one.
